These terms apply to the website brasscitytvs.com and to the internal staff app operated by Brasscity Motors (proprietor Vinod Kumar Goel, GSTIN 09ADRPG0883B1ZJ), an authorised TVS dealer in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

The website

The information on this website, including showroom details, timings, models and offers, is provided for general guidance. Prices, availability and offers can change without notice. Please confirm with our showroom before you buy; the final price and terms are those on your booking receipt and tax invoice.

The staff app

The staff app is for authorised employees of Brasscity Motors only. Access is granted by the owner and can be withdrawn at any time. Staff must keep their login details private and use the app only for Brasscity Motors' business. All activity in the app is recorded.

Google services

The staff app connects to Brasscity Motors' own Google account only to store backups of its business records on Google Drive, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We take care to keep this website and the app accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
