This policy explains how Brasscity Motors (proprietor Vinod Kumar Goel, GSTIN 09ADRPG0883B1ZJ), an authorised TVS dealer at Near Majholi Chauraha, Delhi Road, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001, collects and uses the personal information of its customers.

Information we collect

• Your name, address, phone number and, where given, email address.
• Details of the vehicle you bought or insured with us, such as model, chassis and engine number, and registration number.
• Insurance details, such as the insurer, policy number, cover dates and premium, and the nominee details required by the insurer.
• Records of our calls and messages with you about your vehicle or policy.

How we use it

• To sell and invoice your vehicle, arrange its insurance and complete its registration.
• To remind you before your vehicle insurance expires, and to help you renew it, by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To answer your questions and keep accurate records required by law, including tax records.

WhatsApp messages

We may send you service messages on WhatsApp about your vehicle and your insurance renewal, using the number you gave us. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us at the contact details below. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to provide the service you asked for: with TVS Motor Company, insurance companies and insurance brokers, financiers you choose, and the transport department (RTO). We use trusted service providers to store our records and send messages, who process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your records for as long as you are our customer and as long as the law requires us to keep sales and tax records. After that they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details, stop reminder messages, or delete information we no longer need to keep by law.

Google account data

Our internal staff app connects to a single Google account belonging to Brasscity Motors, only to save copies of our own business records to that account's Google Drive as backups. It uses the limited drive.file permission, so it can see only the backup files it creates. It does not read any other files, emails or Google data, and nothing obtained from Google is shared with anyone, sold, or used for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
